Bahraini national holding BA in English Literature and Education from University of Baghdad, in addition to an Executive Diploma in management. Has over 45 years of experience in the Management and HRD field. Worked with the government sector for 6 years starting from 1971 in the Ministry of information, National Assembly and Ministry of Cabinet Affairs. In September 1976 joined Gulf Air and held the position of Training Manager before leaving in 1981 to join Arab Insurance Group (Arig), the biggest worldwide arab reinsurance company as Executive Director Human Resources and Administration. Retired in 2007 and currently working as Management and HRD consultant.
