The Bahrain Society for Human Capital Management (BSCM) is a prestigious professional society dedicated to individuals involved in human resource management and development in Bahrain. Established in 1979 and re-launched in April 1991, BSCM has continuously evolved as a proactive society, driven by a strong sense of purpose and commitment to its members.

It has fostered international connections with esteemed HR professional bodies, such as the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO) and the Asian Regional Training and Development Organization (ARTDO) of the UK. Today, the BSCM stands as a vibrant and revitalized institution, playing a pivotal role in enhancing human resource development (HRD) in Bahrain. With a robust membership base of over 1,800 professionals primarily from the private and public sectors, BSTD has become the premier forum for HR and management professionals in Bahrain.
